 “After training to become an industrial clerk I joined Handtmann in 2007, first as an internal sales clerk.  

I was then accepted into the company’s own next generation promotional programme in 2013. Over two years, I participated in numerous training courses. It was a truly enriching experience for me. I was able to take away so much from it, not only for my job but also for me personally. In addition, Handtmann also has an extensive seminar programme – a whole catalogue full of training courses that help you get along in everyday working life.

In May 2016, I took over management of the internal sales team. My team of four and I support the sales staff, assist customers, manage the orders. Particularly interesting is the fact that Handtmann Elteka makes cast plastic parts for a wide range of industries: from the paper industry to cable car construction, from medical engineering to the packaging industry. The company is also growing and constantly adding new customers. Because of this, I’m always dealing with new contacts, meeting interesting people and facing up to new challenges. I really like that about my job. It fulfils me and is never boring.

At Handtmann, people deal with one another in a friendly and agreeable way. Everyone is willing to help and I get on well with all of them. The collaboration with my boss is very constructive.

The fact that Handtmann is constantly investing and expanding gives me a sense of security. It shows that things are going well for the company. My place of work is in a brand-new building and equipped with state-of-the-art resources. That also depends on the constant growth. I can only say that I like being a part of this company.
