The PVLH 246 is perfectly suited for an economically efficient and comprehensive sausage production: all types of sausage meat and casing in the calibre range 13 to 50 mm and portion lengths from 25 mm are possible.

High performance thanks to fully-automated casing change
Fully automatic casing change via casing magazine for production in collagen and artificial casing. With casing change times under 2 seconds via a linking unit with revolver and 3 nozzles, a portioning capacity of up to 2,500 portions per minute is possible.

Flexible with manual casing spooling for sausages in natural casing
Sheer flexibility in industrial sausage production: simple and fast product changes thanks to the flexible changeover from fully-automatic to manual casing spooling of natural casings.

Economical, ergonomic and reliable hanging
Simplified hook placement also cuts setup times. Excellent ergonomic working conditions thanks to the hanging unit’s individually adjustable height. Increased output thanks to more efficient smoke stick utilisation and reduction of give-away thanks to the integrated Handtmann smoke stick scales on the hanging unit.
